StarApart Apartments guarantee a sense of privacy and independence at the same time. Stay in our Apartments just gives you the opportunity to relax in a way that is impossible to do in hotel room. Apartment rental period depends on your needs, accommodation can be extended from one night to a year and longer.
Yes, all Apartments have free of charge access to high speed wireless Internet and cable TV with over 60 channels.
All Apartments are located in the center of Poznan’s Old Town, near the Town Square and major transportation hubs in Poznan. For the convenience and comfort of our guests most of StarApart Apartments are located in a modern buildings with elevator, underground parking and 24 hours security.
Both the pre- and final booking confirmation is sent to the email address given at the booking.
Cancellation of the booking can be reported exclusively in writing up to 7 days before the arrival. No show or no cancellation within a proper time will cause the deposit paid will not be refunded.
Apartment can be rent for one day, a few days or weeks. The longer you stay the better discount you can get/ the stay the greater the possibility of obtaining a more favorable price.

Each reservation made in StarApart is guaranteed. For fair periods, dates of important cultural, political, and business events and “long weekends” StarApart has the right to raise the price of the apartment as well as to enforce payment in advance for the Apartment, without the possibility of cancellation.
Check-in begins at 2 p.m, check-out is until noon.
Check-in procedure requires a guest to show a valid ID with a photo and appear at the appointed time and arranged address. StarApart reserves the right to refuse to check-in a guest who:

The key collection is fully explained in your Final Booking. Keys to the Apartment are received by the guest in the building, where the Apartment you booked is located at the previously arranged time. We know how annoying it is to collect the keys in a different place than where the Apartment is, in this matter a comfort of our guests is our top priority.
You can check in until 10pm with no extra charges. After 10pm a supplement of 100 PLN applies.
In some cases it is possible to extend the check out time, but usually it can be finally confirmed a day before the scheduled departure. If you’re planning a late check out, ask for it when booking and we will present you the possibilities.
Yes, each Apartment has bed linen and towels for the number of guests indicated in your booking.
Yes, the cleaning service fee is included in the total price.
Our experienced housekeeping personnel will visit on a weekly basis to refresh your towels and linen and undertake a general, light clean of the apartment. The first cleaning takes place on the seventh day of your stay, next one a week later, unless otherwise specified. This is a free of charge service. If you would like to order additional housekeeping service – please contact us.
Yes, it is possible to order a cot with child linen for the supplement of 50 PLN per stay. We are very pleased to host all small travelers in our Apartments. We welcome all childrens with a smile.
There is no safe box in the Apartment. However most of our Apartments are located in modern buildings with monitoring system and 24h security.
In some Apartments pets are allowed for an additional charge 60 PLN / night / animal. Any damage caused by the pet will have to be paid on departure.
Unfortunately, not all Apartments are fully adapted for disabled guests. For more information please contact us.
In some cases, especially for one-night stays and for a weekends StarApart reserves the right to collect the refundable deposit. Guest is informed of such a deposit at the beginning of the booking. If in the Pre-Booking Confirmation that information is not given – deposit will not be charged. Refundable deposit is stated amount that is paid by guest on the day of picking up the keys to the Apartment and is returned or not on upon check-out. The deposit is not returned in all or part, if during the stay in the Apartment some damages or failure have been made to comply with regulations.
No, at the moment we do not offer breakfast. All Apartments are equipped with kitchens or kitchenette where you can prepare meals yourself. Nearby, there are also restaurants and cafes.
Small children who sleep in bed with their parents or carers stay free of charge, while those that require a separate bed are considered as the next person.
The first payment – the advance is paid to secure the pre-booking and the remaining amount is paid upon check-in.
Yes, the total price includes all the taxes and expenses.
Yes, it is possible to pay by credit card – please request this form of payment at the stage of Pre-Booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro cards and American Express.
Yes, it is possible to receive an invoice – please request it by giving us your company details at the stage of Pre-Booking.
Prices of Apartments listed on our website are the prices “from” and are valid for 1 or 2 guests accommodated per night. For each person above two accommodated in the Apartment a surcharge of 30 PLN per night applies. . The number of guests staying in each Apartments is limited to those indicated in each booking. The maximum number of guests is indicated in the description of each Apartment. For fair periods and dates of important cultural, political and business events and “long weekends” StarApart has the right to increase the price of the Apartment as well as to enforce payment in advance for your apartment, without the possibility of cancellation and refund of the amount paid.
Yes, it is possible to order a taxi transport. Please make a request when making a booking.
Yes, we offer our guests a light groceries shopping service to the Apartment. The first day we will provide you your shopping free of charge, according to your preferences. Just give us the amount and selection of products, and they will wait in the fridge on your arrival. The amount of shopping will be added to your bill.
Yes, it is a possible to use the parking space on an underground parking in Apartments Makao, Espresso, Nuevo, Verano and Galileo. The cost of such a place is 30 PLN per night. When booking Galileo Apartment on Kazimierza Wielkiego 5 underground parking is available free of charge. Please inquire about the availability of parking space before booking.
